DALLAS DIRECTORS

Shirley Payne and Sheila Payne Rigelsky

Miss Shirley and Sheila, co-directors of the MISS DALLAS USA and MISS DALLAS TEEN pageants are known for their devotion and attention to detail for their winners. They are a high-energy, organized pair who put their heart and soul into everything they do. Miss Shirley and Sheila feel it is very rewarding to help shape and influence young women’s lives through the positive experience of pageantry.

Miss Shirley has had 16 years of formal training in dance, modeling and baton twirling. She has trained state, regional and national champions for over 40 years. She currently judges dance, twirling and beauty pageants throughout the United States. Miss Shirley also competed in the Miss America pageant system. She is the President of Diamond Productions and Co-Director of Texas Touch of Class.

Sheila graduated from Texas A&M University and is a special events planner and certified wedding consultant. She trained and competed in baton twirling and dance competitions for 16 years and captured state, regional and national titles. She has been instructing state, regional and national champions for 12 years. Sheila also judges dance, twirling and beauty pageants throughout the United States. She is the Vice President of Diamond Productions and Co-Director of Texas Touch of Class.

The Year Ahead

MISS DALLAS USA will embark on a year unlike anything else, receiving exciting prizes and services as well as:

  • The honor of representing Dallas in the MISS TEXAS USA® pageant will go to the Miss DALLAS USA® titleholder.
  • The titleholder becomes a representative of the pageant for one year, meeting many new people, participating in official charity and social events and getting the education, experiences and values to help fulfill her future career goals.

MISS DALLAS TEEN will embark on a year unlike anything else, receiving exciting prizes and services as well as:

  • The titleholder becomes a representative of the pageant for one year, meeting many new people, participating in official charity and social events and getting the education, experiences and values to help fulfill her future career goals.
